First, Calm Down!

Spammers and those who provide them services are used to complaints, however. In many cases, they ignore or filter out automatic complaints. "Just hit delete if you don't like our messages," is a common spammer response to spam complaints, a response that normally isn't intended to make you angry -- most spammers really do think this way. If they stop spamming you, it will be for practical reasons -- they're tired of the complaints and don't want to waste time on a lost cause. (You.) :-) If a spam support services provider with a long-time relationship with a spammer disconnects that spammer, it will also be for practical reasons.

While it is possible to make converts among spammers and those that support them, don't expect it or you will most likely be disappointed.

You can also check out the Tracking Spam or SpamCop web sites to learn how to complain about spam manually. Manual complaints take time, but are always the best way to get a spammer shut down if you do it right.
